The issue was raised last night by several Committee members, that there might be other things that we might wish to add to the Statutes. So a discussion thread is being opened up here where comments can be made about this. With respect to our drafting procedure adopted last night, any such new items will likely be addressed last, after (1) completing the simpler draft articles first, then (2) tackling Article 9 and related articles. At this stage, it might be a good idea to concentrate on the existing articles and get through those first. But if people want to start brainstorming about or commenting on desirable new items, here is a place to do so, in the comments or via email.

Possibility- New suggestion- not adopted- Article 13 ter: Would move the text about the feuille de présence to a general article covering both kinds of General Assemblies. And would indicate permanent record-keeping.].
So it would read something like this:
For each Annual and Regular General Assembly,
(1) Une feuille de présence sera émargée et certifiée par un membre du Comité.
(2) A permanent record will be kept of all decisions or resolutions adopted at each convocation. (Any Secretary position in Draft Article 9 could refer to this.)

At all times, one or more peacocks shall be allowed to roam freely in the office of the Association, ideally in the Villa.
