Elections for Secretary, Treasurer and External and Academic Affairs Officer [UPDATED]

Dear All,

We are almost done with getting the new board in place. Here's the information on the second part of our elections:

• Please declare your wish to run by Thursday, 18 December 2008, at midnight.
• Email voting will take place from Friday until Monday at noon. Exceptionally for this election, the voting will be done only by email voting. The confidentiality of your vote will be respected.
  
• Votes will be tallied Monday at noon at the computers in the Uni-Mail library.
• N.B.: Board members must reside in or near Geneva. The last three three positions are open to '07-'08 class members.
• Eligibility to run and to vote in this election is limited to those members* of the ADHSA who inscribed before last Monday at midnight.
  
• Candidate statements can be posted on the blog under the position names.

*If you were on the establishing Committee but do not wish to be a member of the ADHSA, please email EW.

UPDATE:
This part of the elections has been postponed- the deadline for running has been extended (TBD) and votes will not be tallied Monday 22 Dec 2008.
