Les langues officielles de l’Association sont le français et l’anglais. En cas de conflit, le texte français des Statuts fera foi.

Article [___] : Equality, nondiscrimination, and access to information
L’association et ses Membres respectent le droit à l’égalité et le principe de non-discrimination. A cette fin, l’Association s’assure que toutes ses activités encouragent un esprit d’intégration et de respect pour la diversité et qu’elle contribue à créer un environnement académique propice à l’échange de connaissance et à la promotion du dialogue interculturel. L’association et ses membres sont tenus de ne pas établir de discrimination pour des raisons tenant au genre, à la race, à la religion, à l’appartenance ethnique, à la nationalité, à l’orientation sexuelle, à la santé, au handicap ou autre.
L’Association s’assurera que tous ses Membres ont un accès égal à toute connaissance et information qui pourrait affecter leur performance au sein du programme de l’Académie.

Article [___]: Right to challenge decisions any Association organ
(1) Challenge by members of the Association:
Decisions of any Association organ may be challenged by five or more members by petition to the General Assembly. If the General Assembly so decides, the decision shall be overturned.
(2) Challenge by persons eligible to be members of the Association as defined in Article 5:
Any decision of any Association organ may be challenged by five or more persons eligible to be members, as follows:
(i) Current students may complain to their English or French class representative, who must then call the attention of the Student Affairs officer to the matter; or, they may complain directly to the Student Affairs Officer or to any other Committee member.
(ii) Students no longer following lectures may complain directly to the Student Affairs Officer or to any other Committee member.
The Student Affairs Officer or the other Committee member receiving any such complaint must call attention to the matter and request a decision on the challenge at the next General Assembly. If the General Assembly so decides, the challenged decision shall be overturned.
